If you're not happy with your joystick, materials, or results, we'll offer a no-questions-asked refund or return. You have up to 30 days after receiving your package.
The customer will be responsible for shipping the product. Once our product quality department determines that the product is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and undamaged, the full order amount will be refunded.
